Fung’s Kitchen has been proudly serving Houstonians since 1990 and in the catering industry for the past 8 years. Fung's has been awarded by Houston Press and Zagat rated the Best Chinese Restaurant since 2001. Fung's Kitchen Catering has organized banquets for large corporations such as China Airlines, Mitsubishi Corp Americas, Shell, Emerson Company, and Moet Hennessy. Fung's Kitchen as notably hosted dinners for the Queen of Thailand and the late President Bush Sr.
Fung's Kitchen is a full service catering company providing fine Chinese catering cuisine, staffing services, equipment rental and additional services for your next event!
Staffing
Fung's Kitchen prides itself on our staff. All staff members are professionally trained and are TABC certified. Adorning Eton Tuxedo, our staff will leave you truly mesmerized. Thanks to Fung Kitchen’s highest standards of service, our staff have won awards and are asked to consult on many occasions in our industry.
Rentals

Our warehouse is packed with all the trimmings to give you a party that is beyond this world. Gilbert Fung - Catering Manager - is a certified Wedding Planner & Level 1 Master Sommelier who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Conrad N. Hilton – University of Houston Hotel and Restaurant Management with a minor in Marketing & Wine with over 12 years of catering experience in the industry.
